Refund တောင်းရန်
Google Play purchase ဖြစ်ပါက Google Play order history/support မှတစ်ဆင့် refund request စတင်ပါ။ Website/Stripe purchase ဖြစ်ပါက AstroOne support ကို payment/order information နှင့်ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး transaction ကိုစစ်ဆေးတောင်းဆိုပါ။ Refund eligibility သည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ terms၊ transaction အခြေအနေနှင့် payment processor rule များပေါ်မူတည်နိုင်သည်။
Duplicate charge၊ wrong entitlement သို့မဟုတ် purchase verified ဖြစ်ပြီး access မရသည့် technical issue ရှိပါက support ကို order information နှင့်တကွ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။
