Data we may collect

Account data may include your name, email address, hashed password and, if you provide it, a phone number.

If you choose to save an astrology profile, it may include birth date, birth time, birth place and time zone. Permission to use the saved profile in Free Tools and AstroOne Guide is separate and defaults off.

When you use the relevant features, we may store saved readings, favorites, notification preferences, Premium entitlement/purchase records and AstroOne Guide conversations. If you choose Saved People, we may store a display name, Partner/Crush/Friend/Family type, optional birth date, optional English/Latin numerology spelling, and birthday/weekly reminder opt-ins. If you enable push notifications, we may also store a device push token, platform, notification language, current device time zone and delivery status.

If you use Saved Goals, we may store a goal name, optional note, optional target date/window, the Best Days timing focus you explicitly select and, only if you enable a one-shot reminder, the reminder date/time and time zone you choose. Goal text is not sent in first-party product analytics event metadata.

For security and service operation, we may process session identifiers, IP address, browser/device user-agent, language and limited first-party product analytics events.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate accounts, reset passwords, calculate readings, provide saved features, prefill existing compatibility tools from Saved People, prepare birthday/weekly reminders you explicitly enable, manage notification preferences, verify/restore purchases, and protect against fraud or security abuse.

When adding information about another person to Saved People, enter only what is needed for the compatibility or reminder feature and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Privacy-safe share cards and links use public-safe result fields by default and exclude names, DOB, numerology spelling, private profile data and Premium text. The share-card PNG is generated in the browser/device and is not uploaded to a new AstroOne public-share endpoint.

When Saved Goals connects to Planner or Best Days, the goal text is not used as astrology input; only an existing timing focus that you explicitly select may be used. You can edit, archive or delete a goal. Goal reminders are off by default and create one AstroOne Notification only when you explicitly schedule one.

Astrology data is used to calculate and personalize AstroOne readings under the relevant product rules. Readings provide structured symbolic guidance and do not guarantee specific future outcomes.

AstroOne Guide and service providers

When you use AstroOne Guide, your message and only the context you select may be sent through AstroOne servers to an external language-processing service provider so a response can be prepared. A saved astrology profile is included only when AstroOne Guide profile permission is enabled.

Android digital purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing. AstroOne does not store your full Google Play payment-card details. If push notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process the device push token to deliver notifications.

Retention and deletion

AstroOne Guide conversation data is currently configured for a maximum 90-day retention period, and you may delete conversations sooner. Saved readings and astrology-profile data also have user controls to remove or clear them. Saved People can be deleted individually, and their account-linked rows are configured to cascade-delete when the AstroOne account is deleted.

When verified self-service account deletion completes, the application removes the active login identity, entitlements and eligible account-linked personal data. Transaction or security records may be retained only as needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes, with account identity removed or minimized. Protected backup copies may remain until backup rotation completes, up to about 90 days.

Your choices and security

From your Account page you can update profile data, permissions, notification preferences and password. In Account & Privacy you can reauthenticate and permanently delete your account yourself. The public Account Deletion page remains available without signing in.

AstroOne uses measures such as access controls, secure cookies, hashed passwords and server-side protections, but no online system can guarantee 100% security.
